Weight training
Brace first, resist rotation second, produce rotation third. Progressive overload written down so we are not arguing with memory.

I train student athletes because I wanna get them to the next level. Weight training to strengthen your core, using proper nutrition — 22 years of it, with a coach who stays in it with you.
Free, no pressure, and I will tell you honestly if I am not the right fit.
The standard
“Long toss, pitching regularly, but not over pitching.”
— Ed Aggers, Ultimate power baseball ⚾
The Mission Brief
Brace first, resist rotation second, produce rotation third. Progressive overload written down so we are not arguing with memory.
Protein at every meal, fuel around training, water before you are thirsty. Real numbers, not vibes — run yours on the calculator.
Long toss, pitching regularly, but not over pitching. Planned throws, not improvised ones. That rule does not bend.
Strengthen your core
4–6 weeks
Positions clean up. You feel sturdier before anyone in the stands notices.
8–12 weeks
Strength numbers move and the transfer work shows up as harder contact.
One off-season
You start to look like a baseball player. That is the whole point.

About Ed
Founding client spots
I am building the online side of this deliberately, which means a small number of athletes and a lot of my attention on each one. Direct access. Faster adjustments. A coach with something to prove.
Client results are coming soon — I’d rather show you real ones than made-up ones.
Roster check
If you are in the first group, you get the version of coaching everyone else gets later: more eyes, more calls, faster answers.
Book Your Free ConsultChecklist
Free consult. Your sport, your season calendar, your history, your arm. I tell you straight whether I am the right coach for it.
We establish the baseline — how you brace, how you rotate, how you throw, what you actually eat in a normal week.
Lifting, throwing volume and nutrition targets written down with numbers you track. Nothing improvised.
Every block we go back over it honestly. What got executed, what did not, what changes next week.
Objections, answered
Nobody does. Week one is an assessment and a floor: brace, carry, eat, and throw on a schedule. You get a written plan you can execute the same day, not a list of options to choose between.
A downloaded PDF cannot see your arm or your swing. Coaching is the part where somebody watches and adjusts. That is what you are actually paying attention to here, and it is why the plan changes as your season changes.
Good, because I do not want you in there daily. Three quality sessions a week alongside your throwing program beats six that leave you flat for practice. In-season it drops to two.
Yes. Core strength, food and structured training carry every position, and postpartum clients train on the same principles at a different intensity. Bring your calendar and we build around it.
Bring your season calendar and an honest answer about your arm. I will handle the rest.
